Designed for client work from the start.

Most LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® trainings teach you the generic method, and they leave it to you to adapt it to your client work. Often that means until you feel really confident and ready to work with it (and monetize it), months pass by.This LSP training is built specifically for coaches and therapists. Every exercise and question is focused on 1:1 and small group work. The goal is that you are ready to facilitate as soon as you leave the training room.Our Day 2 is in person because an embodied method needs an embodied experience. Bricks in your hands, real scenarios in front of you, peers to practice with, and feedback as you go. You won't just learn the method technically. You'll experience it yourself, your own patterns, your own blocks, your own clarity. You'll leave with a new tool and a new understanding of yourself as a practitioner.PlayShifts trainings are designed to be more than just a course. Hi, I'm Natalie, founder of Playshifts. What really drives me is to bring more lightness and play into people's lives. Especially in these days, where lots of us are struggling with overwhelm, feeling lost or stuck in certain areas of our lives. Things can get pretty heavy. And this is also why I am so passionate about sharing this method with you as a coach & therapist.I'm an internationally award-winning LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, trainer, and transformation consultant. Over the past 15 years, I've helped individuals, leaders, and teams navigate challenges, work through conflicts, gain clarity and and get new perspectives. I am working with individuals and teams from organisations such as PwC, EY, BESTSELLER, and the Carlsberg Group, but also founders and solopreneurs.
I have also a background in adult education and psychology.
What still amazes me every time I do a session is how quickly this method works. I even use it for myself to get clarity and unblock myself.

FAQ

Do I need experience with Lego Serious Play?
No. This training is designed for complete beginners. You will learn everything you need from the ground up.
Can I use this method immediately after the training?
Yes. The entire training is designed around practical application. You will leave with a complete toolkit of exercises and frameworks ready to use with clients from your very next session.
Can I use this method for remote coaching or therapy sessions?
Yes, absolutely. LSP works online. The only requirement is that your client has access to LEGO® bricks. We cover remote facilitation in the training, so you will leave with a clear approach for this.

For clients you work with regularly, it is worth suggesting they get their own set. A basic assorted brick collection is enough. They can buy one inexpensively, or honestly, borrow from their kids or a neighbour. No special sets needed.
Will the LEGO® Serious Play® Explorer Kit I receive be enough to work with clients?
For 1:1 sessions, yes. It is everything you need to get started. If you work with couples or small groups, you will need additional sets. After the training, you can purchase extra kits from me at a discounted price, and we will also talk through other options during the course.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, you will receive the Playshifts Practitioner Certificate in Lego Serious Play for Coaches and Therapists.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Life happens, and I get that. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the training, you will receive a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days before the training date, you will receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, the investment is non-refundable, but your spot can be transferred to a future training date. All cancellations need to be submitted in writing to [email protected].
